Family Maintenance Enforcement Program
The Province of British Columbia has a program entitled the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program which is administered at no cost to the parties. Anyone with a child or spousal support order can register for enforcement purposes. the B.C. government considers child support a serious obligation.
